1. Appointments & Cancellations
Booking: We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.

No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice may be charged a 50% no-show fee before booking future appointments.

2. Refunds & Redo Policy
Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 3 days so we can make necessary adjustments.

Products: Unused and unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Redo: If you experience issues with your lashes within 3 days of your appointment, we will offer a complimentary touch-up (at the salon’s discretion).

3. Health & Safety
For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or eye sensitivities prior to your appointment.

If you are experiencing eye infections, irritation, or other health concerns, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the service area for safety reasons.

4. Payments
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

A deposit may be required for certain services or large bookings.

5. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or health concerns that may affect the service.

6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.
